Alan White Agency is a full-service commercial real estate and development company specializing in the Greater Lafayette Area and all of Tippecanoe county.
The son of a retail business owner and fresh out of school, Alan White thought he was headed for a simple life of retail business ownership himself until an offer to manage commercial leasing came his way. “I was just a kid and had no idea what to do when I started, but I worked hard and learned quickly.”
Leasing soon expanded into commercial brokerage for one of the area’s largest agency and Alan found himself right in the middle of Tippecanoe County’s early ‘90’s building boom.
Leaning on his experience, and the growing opportunities within his own network , he launched Alan White Agency in 1995. Today the agency is one of Tippecanoe County’s most successful commercial development and brokerage companies – developing, selling, and leasing multiple properties and major projects every year.
